TB-500 is a synthetic version of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a naturally occurring regenerative peptide present in nearly all human and animal cells. It is widely investigated for its actin-binding properties and its role in cellular migration, differentiation, and proliferation. Research applications: in-vitro and in-vivo studies of wound healing kinetics, cardiac and skeletal muscle regeneration models, neurite outgrowth, angiogenesis, dermal fibroblast proliferation, and investigation of stem-cell mobilisation pathways. Supplied as a lyophilised acetate salt powder, sterile filtered, in clear borosilicate vials. Reconstitute with sterile or bacteriostatic water. Store lyophilised at -20°C; reconstituted solutions stable up to 14 days at 2-8°C. Quality control: reverse-phase HPLC + ESI-MS verification per lot. COA available on request.
This product is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use, food, cosmetics, or any clinical application.
